Costumes are purchased ready-made and cost between $60.00 and $85.00 each, including postage and handling. A costume deposit of $60.00 per costume is due by October 25th. After costumes have been ordered (Dec. 20th) there are NO REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS. All costume balances must be paid by May 16th or prior to taking home.
A Performance Fee is paid by all students in lieu of purchasing tickets. This fee is per family and covers a certain number of tickets (tbd). Please ask for more details.
Dress Rehearsal will be held Saturday, June 4th at approximately 3:00pm (subject to change) at Beverly High School in Beverly, MA (subject to change). The estimated time is 3 hours. Please be advised that Dress Rehearsal does not have the same schedule or time frame as the Recital.
The Recital is scheduled for Sunday, June 5th at 2:00pm (subject to change). Dancers are required to arrive 1 hour prior to showtime. The Recital lasts approximately 2 hours and is also located at Beverly High School (subject to change) in Beverly, MA. All students will recieve written, detailed information on dress rehearsal, recital and any changes well in advance of these dates.
